Do you need a short, effective workout you can do anywhere from your living room, hotel room, driveway, park or playground while your kids play ? I've got you covered with this one. No equipment or weights needed. Just grab a bottle of water, and a timer or your phone to keep time. Our local ladies meet up at some tennis courts and get our sweat on together as often as we can. Here's our latest workout.

Warm Up (3-5 min.)

_jog in place, jumping jacks, butt kickers, high knees, and stretch it out!

Set Interval Timer (45 seconds work/high intensity, 15 sec of rest)

Circuit 1

-Squat Jacks

-Inchworm

-Lunges around the world (front, side and reverse)

-Push Ups

-Dead Bug

-1 min. break and repeat

Circuit 2

-Jump lunges

- Down Dog Alternating Leg Raise

-Curtsy Lunge

-Tri dips

-Bird dogs

-1 min. break and repeat

3 1/2 min. Ab Finisher (each move for 30 sec. with no rest in between)

-High Plank alternating shoulder taps

-Right Side Plank (hip dip optional)

-Left Side Plank (hip dip optional)

-Plank Jacks

-Leg raises

-Toe touches

-Bicycles

You are all done! Great job! Give yourself a high five and enjoy the after burn and endorphins from this workout. Be sure to cool down and stretch as needed.
